Warradjan
Aboriginal Cultural Centre
Developed by the Aboriginal traditional owners of Kakadu, Warradjan is located just 1km from Cooinda Lodge Kakadu and should be a ‘must see’ for all visitors to the region.
The displays include artefacts that illustrate the stories that the traditional owners wish to share with visitors.
The Centre mixes contemporary techniques – such as videos – to cover various subjects, ranging from personal histories to bush tucker.
The gallery shop sells a range of arts and crafts including traditional Didgeridoos local artwork, books and cards.
